…and then saw supermodel Chanel Iman step out wearing a haze of blue shimmer around her eyes (at the Sports Illustrated swimsuit-issue 50th-anniversary party)…
… AND we just saw Cara Delevigne rock electric blue liner during London Fashion Week.
…I think all signs are pointing to us needing to ditch the basic brown liner right now. It’s been a long, hard, colllllld winter for a lot of us, and a little pop of unexpected color around our eyes might be just the thing to perk us up until spring. Don’t you think? There are so many different ways to try this trend, including super-low-risk ones like tight-lining your eyes in navy instead of black. You don’t have to go as far as Chanel or Cara did here, although if you’re having a supermodel moment, I say go for it!
