Did You Know Purple Hair Was Having a Moment? Here Are 3 Ways to Wear This Hair Color Trend

If your hair isn’t purple this week, you’re basically going to have to shave your head because it seems like it’s the hair color of the moment. Kelly Osbourne has been wearing it forever, but since she’s been hitting the carpets this week with her pastel shade, she sets the tone (in more ways than one):

And Katy Perry was spotted out with a richer dark blue-purple tone highlighting her black bun:

And actress Dawn Olivieri showed at the Her premiere last night with these ribbons of grape and lavender woven throughout the ends of her hair.

Notice how different the vibes are with these three purples? Kelly’s is playful and girly, Katy’s is edgy, and Dawn’s is refreshingly whimsical. My personal favorite is Dawn’s—I just love how the purples play with the light brown tones in her hair and work with her tonal differences. Which one jumps out at you?
